Cancellation Policy

Your booking for a regular class or treatment can be cancelled no later than six hours before the start of the class. If you do not show up or do not contact us, an invoice of 200 SEK for the class and an invoicing fee will be issued, regardless of whether you have a clip card or gift card. All other cancellations, such as workshops or similar, must be made 72 hours before the booking is scheduled to start. Refunds after that can only be made in the event of injury or illness upon presentation of a medical certificate.
